What we run

Three programmes. One navigation system.

Each programme is a stage of the same learner journey, underpinned by digital assessment, a learner database and tracking through transition.

Programme 1

Career Compass

Grades 8–12 · Delivered in schools

Structured career guidance inside schools, built around each individual learner. Career Compass takes a mobile outreach team directly into the classroom, completing digital assessments on programme devices and generating individual career profile reports on the spot.

Every learner receives an individual career profile report and a facilitated guidance session before the team leaves.

  • Digital career profiling and aptitude assessments
  • Subject choice and pathway guidance
  • University and TVET pathway mapping
  • NSFAS and bursary information and guidance
  • Parent and guardian information sessions
  • Application support for tertiary, TVET and funding

Programme 2

Who we serve

Matriculants navigating results and next steps. Unemployed and out-of-school youth aged 18 to 35. Young people who did not have access to guidance at school and need to catch up.

Post-School Pathways reaches young people after the school gate, where most guidance programmes stop.

Post-School Pathways

Matriculants & youth 18–35

Transition support for young people stepping beyond the school gate. Many learners fall through the gap between finishing school and finding a pathway that works. Post-School Pathways catches them.

  • Matric results interpretation and options mapping
  • University and TVET application assistance
  • Learnership, apprenticeship and trade pathway guidance
  • Entrepreneurship and self-employment pathways
  • Matric upgrade guidance and support
  • Employment readiness and referrals
  • Placement support and follow-up tracking

Programme 3

Digital Career Access

The technology that extends our reach and lowers the long-term cost per learner. Built once, reused across every cohort.

📱 Assessments on device

Learners complete digital profiling assessments on programme tablets. Reports are generated immediately, on site.

📈 Learner database

Every learner is entered into a tracking database. Support continues beyond the visit through the transition period.

🔥 Impact dashboards

Real-time reporting dashboards turn delivery into funder-grade evidence against the published M&E framework.
